Update Credential

Rename a service-account credential or rotate its secret fields, preserving omitted values and the credential ID. Requires credential admin access. Provider rejection preserves the old secret and returns 400 with providerErrorCode; outages return 503. Fields for a different credential type return 400. Workspace API keys return 403; use a personal API key or scoped OAuth token.
