Update workflow version

PATCH/api/v2/workflows/{workflowId}/versions/{version}

Update a deployment version's name or release note with workspace write access. Omitted fields remain unchanged; description: null clears the note. The graph and live version are unchanged. Use Activate workflow version to serve it.

OAuth scope: api:write.
