Set Secret

Create or replace a workspace or personal secret without returning its value. For existing workspace secrets, omit value to update metadata only; this returns 404 if absent. Personal secrets always require value. List Secrets can reveal workspace values marked unredacted. Workspace API keys return 403; use a personal API key or scoped OAuth token.
