Get workspace operation

GET/api/v2/workspaces/{workspaceId}/operations/{operationId}

Read a committed operation and refresh its copy progress, exact admitted deployment readiness, and structured issues with workspace read access. applied: true means the transaction committed even if follow-up work failed. This read does not require the fork-specific Admin role or feature gate.

OAuth scope: api:read.
